The Answers You Need

Thrive is unlike any other health, wellbeing, or engagement industry conference. It’s a comprehensive yet intimate conference, attended by HR and marketing executives and leaders, all of whom are facing similar challenges and eager for real results.  
 

This is a rare opportunity to learn firsthand how other administrators, leaders, and executives across the country are tackling some of the industry's biggest challenges, including workplace health and wellbeing, employee engagement, organizational culture, patient acquisition and retention, exceptional member experience, and more. Our event is designed so that attendees can engage with each other, share insights, explore each other’s successes and challenges, and experience the latest health and wellbeing innovations. 
 

Attendees gain actionable, real-life strategies for evolving programs and achieving positive outcomes. You'll also hear from Virgin Pulse leaders on our product vision and innovation for 2023 and engage in 35+ interactive sessions centered around the power of engagement, market trends, firsthand client experiences, and key takeaways.

Is hotel or airfare covered in the cost of Thrive? 

We’ll have “Thrive Power Ups” after the event – timing is TBD but likely a week or two following Thrive. 


These will be broken out by key tracks from the summit and will be approximately four hours spread out over two days. All in-person and live stream attendees are invited and encouraged to attend (Thrive Summit tickets include access to virtual workshops). Attendees will receive a certification of completion. 

What’s the post-conference virtual workshop? 

  • Vaccination: All attendees must be vaccinated for COVID-19 to attend in person. You are considered fully vaccinated if you received either of the following:

    • Received any single-dose COVID-19 vaccine series authorized or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or listed for emergency use by World Health Organization (WHO). 

    • Received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine series approved/authorized by the FDA or listed for emergency use by WHO.
       

  • Proof of Vaccination: In-person attendees must provide a CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or an official immunization record from the jurisdiction, state, or country where the vaccine was administered. Bring your CDC vaccination card OR show proof of vaccination through one of the following digital apps: 

    • CLEAR Health Pass 

    • CommonPass 

    • VeriFLY 
       

  • Masks: Masks are welcomed, but not required. 
     

  • Testing: We will not be offering onsite testing nor requiring a negative test prior to Thrive

 

Please note that our COVID task force is reevaluating the policy for Thrive Summit 2023, and an updated policy will be posted soon. 

What’s the COVID-19 policy? 

We expect about 550 attendees ranging from HR and marketing executives from the US and global employers, health plans, and health systems, consultants, clients, Virgin Pulse executives, team members, and more.  

How many people are we expecting in person at the event? 

Attending in person will cost $1,495 and live streaming the mainstage sessions is $495. These prices include the virtual workshop happening after Thrive. 

How much does it cost to attend Thrive?  

The deadline to register for the all-access in-person pass and hotel booking at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is March 24, 2023. The deadline to register for the virtual pass is Tuesday, April 4, 2023.

What’s the registration deadline?   

  • Welcome Reception on Tuesday, April 11, including hors d'oeuvres 

  • Access to all Mainstage Keynotes and Summit sessions   

  • Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner on Wednesday, April 12 

  • Access and visibility to over 20 sponsoring partner companies   

  • Breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Thursday, April 13   

  • A variety of daily wellness activities and other receptions  

What's included in the cost of Thrive? 

A variety of world-renowned experts, academics, innovators, and industry leaders will speak on topics that are top of mind right now for every health, wellbeing, and business leader. Stay tuned as we announce more speakers. 

Who will speak at Thrive? 

Yes, all mainstage sessions and select partner activities will be available as a Thrive Encore Series after the summit for all attendees. 

Will recordings be available after Thrive? 

Because we are focused on creating a collaborative, interactive setting, we have custom designed our breakout sessions to bring you the very best experience. Hands-on learning opportunities will be paired with client stories and breakthrough research and product innovations. Many of our presenters will be industry leaders and academics from Virgin Pulse or clients doing exceptional work promoting health, wellbeing, and engagement. Our sessions will focus on the future of the industry, new technologies, and the relationship between employee, member, and patient engagement and outcomes. 

What can I expect from Thrive? 

HR, health, benefits, and wellbeing professionals from employers, public sector organizations, health plans, and health systems will be joining us for this year’s event, as well as consultants, partners, academics, and researchers. Several members of the Virgin Pulse team will also be in attendance, which makes this an excellent opportunity to meet the executive team and your account team face-to-face!

How can I get the most out of my experience? 

Yes, the mainstage sessions will be live-streamed if you choose to attend virtually. All mainstage sessions and select partner activities will be on demand after the summit for all attendees. Additionally, attendees can participate in a virtual workshop one week after Thrive.
