We’ll take care of everything once you get here, but travel and accommodation are up to you.  

  

The Hyatt Regency Atlanta will host you in Atlanta, Georgia for Thrive 2024! Hotel registration will open in January, and we’ve negotiated a great room rate of $229 per night (lower than the last two Thrive Summits). The Summit program is April 9 - 11, 2024.  (We recommend West Coast attendees arrive on April 8. Pre-conference activities begin at 10:00 AM ET April 9, mainstage begins at 1:30 PM ET). 

Is hotel or airfare covered in the cost of Thrive?  

We expect about 550 attendees ranging from HR and marketing executives from the US and global employers, health plans, and health systems, consultants, clients, ecosystem partners, Virgin Pulse executives, team members, and more.

How many people are we expecting in person at the event?

Attending in person will cost $1,649 (early bird discount 40% off!) - your 3-day immersive pass includes SHRM-accredited learning, wellbeing activities, a night at the Georgia Aquarium and more!  


Experiencing Thrive virtually live is $749 – live stream pass to join an epic watch party of all the best moments of Thrive on the mainstage as well as an all-access pass to on-demand replays.  

How much does it cost to attend Thrive?   

The deadline to register for the all-access in-person pass and hotel booking at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta is March 24, 2024. The deadline to register for the virtual pass is March 31, 2024. 

What’s the registration deadline? 

  • Pre-conference activities, including women in leadership workshop, city tours, and more  

  • Welcome reception and dinner on Tuesday, April 9 

  • Access to all Mainstage Keynotes and Summit sessions    

  • Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner on Wednesday, April 10

  • A night at the Georgia Aquarium (cocktail attire encouraged) on Wednesday, April 10

  • Access and visibility to over 25 sponsoring partner companies    

  • Breakfast, lunch, and snacks on Thursday, April 11

  • A variety of daily wellness activities and other receptions   

What's included in the cost of in-person Thrive? 

Yes, the mainstage sessions will be live-streamed and gives you a front row seat to all the juicy bits of Thrive for the registration price of $749. You’ll engage with hundreds of peers virtually and enjoy the best moments in live. We are investing in the live stream experience this year to give you some bonus content and partner activities (e.g., meditation and demos). You’ll also get an all-access pass to an on-demand library of 35+ breakout sessions featuring best practices from peers, hot trends and more. 

Will the event be livestreamed?   

Thrive delivers an immersive experience that puts you at the center of the future of health, wellbeing and innovation. You’ll be energized, challenged and informed! We are focused on creating a collaborative, interactive setting, so we have custom designed our breakout sessions to bring you the very best experience. Hands-on learning opportunities will be paired with client stories and breakthrough research and product innovations. Many of our presenters will be industry leaders and academics from Virgin Pulse or clients doing exceptional work promoting health, wellbeing, and engagement. We are also bringing the healthcare ecosystem directly to you with the opportunity to explore 25+ innovations in our partner exhibit hall. Plus, it wouldn’t be a Thrive conference without memorable experiences, wellbeing activities and endless networking opportunities!   

What can I expect from Thrive?  

  • HR, health, benefits, and wellbeing professionals from employers, public sector organizations, health plans, and health systems will be joining us for this year’s event, as well as consultants, partners, academics, and researchers. Several members of the Virgin Pulse team will also be in attendance, which makes this an excellent opportunity to meet the executive team and your account team face-to-face!   

Who else will be there?  

Come with an open mind and be prepared to challenge yourself to think differently. This event is like no other — ask questions, seek advice, share success stories, and problem-solve with other like-minded professionals and peers. Participate in our hands-on workshops, explore the sponsor exhibit hall to see how you might expand or extend your current program, celebrate your Virgin Pulse achievements, and enjoy all that Atlanta has to offer.  

How can I get the most out of my experience?  

A variety of world-renowned experts, academics, innovators, and industry leaders will speak on topics that are top of mind right now for every health, wellbeing, and business leader. Stay tuned as we announce more speakers.  

Who will speak at Thrive?  

Yes, all mainstage and breakout sessions, and select partner activities will be available as a Thrive Encore Series after the summit for all registered attendees.  

Will recordings be available after Thrive?  

  • Vaccinations are not required to attend Thrive in person.  

  • We highly encourage you to get tested no more than 3 days prior to attending Thrive. If you test positive, you should not attend.  

  • We kindly ask for you to not attend Thrive if you are experiencing Covid-19 or flu symptoms, if you test positive (even without symptoms), or have had close contact with another person who has Covid-19 or the flu. 

  • We encourage you to wear a mask, and/or practice social distancing if you are more comfortable.
