This year, we’re looking for HR experts of all levels to contribute to the conference discussion with forward-thinking, interactive sessions on a range of topics like employee wellbeing, engagement, recruitment and retention, company culture, and more.
We’re looking to line up diverse sessions in a variety of formats that highlight proven tactics, strategies and theories for creating a thriving workforce. Your proposal can take any session format: roundtable of panel discussion, case study, workshop, the latest approach or thinking on an HR-related topic – or something else! Proposals should be educational, innovative and inspirational in nature – and never a sales pitch.
For vendors and consultants, we’ll give a stronger consideration to proposals if they include a client co-speaker who can share real-life outcomes, approaches and best practices.
